I split my time being at work and being (or at least trying to be) a fun mom to my two young kids at home. I love the quiet of the morning and I take the time to gather my thoughts and set my intentions for the day.
What do you do at Integra?
I’m General Counsel at Integra and I oversee the legal and compliance functions. My day to day involves structuring to reviewing transaction documents, intertwining legal acumen with the excitement of supporting the growth of start ups.
What did you do before Integra?
I was a M&A lawyer in a local law firm.
What is the best piece of advice you ever received?
Don’t be afraid to voice an opinion - opinions are subjective perspectives shaped by individual experiences.
What would surprise people most about you?
No coffee or alcohol for me please.
