I've been blessed to have had a few different careers, working in a 'big 4' practice in Australia and Singapore, co-founding and exiting a d2c brand, and now running ops and finance at Integra - my favorite so far. While I'm absolutely a creature of habit (I eat the same thing for lunch almost every day!) I love that most days at Integra look different.
What do you do at Integra?
I manage all operational aspects of the business and funds, including finance, HR, investor and impact reporting, marketing and comms.
My overall goal is to free up the time of the partners and investment team, so they can focus on empowering the regions top founders while also ensuring that we are great custodians of capital for our investors.
What did you do before Integra?
Business and incentives advisory, and then co-founded and exited a d2c business.
What is the best piece of advice you ever received?
"If you fail to plan, you plan to fail".
What would surprise people most about you?
I represented my Aussie high school (where I must have been one of the shortest) in high jump. Sometimes all you need is a little bit of courage.
